FRET based studies of hippocalcin signaling mechanisms in dendrites of hippocampal neurons

These results will clarify how to use FRET in our studies and what biophysical mechanisms are involved in Neuronal Calcium Sensor Protein-dependent signaling in hippocampal neurons.
