It is getting close to the end of the HINARI calendar year and we would like to give you news about the Programme.

It is getting close to the end of the HINARI calendar year and we would
like to give you news about the Programme. The most significant
developments are that our Partner commitment will continue through to
2015; and that our new Authentication System, thanks to our partner
Microsoft, is now more stable and quicker. We hope you have noticed an
improvement. Early next year we will also be making some small changes
to our website which will, we hope, improve the functionality of our
portal.

Please note:

As one of the conditions of HINARI, the publishers have the right to
protect their existing business, and may choose not to offer their
journals to countries where they have significant sales or local sales
agents. This is the case for your country. This means that you will not
have full-text access to the journals of the following publishers:

AAAS
Lippincott, Williams & Wilkins
Springer

Despite the restrictions on some content, the HINARI offer for your
country is significant and we will continue to work on your behalf to
improve it. New publishers are continuing to join HINARI, and the
journal collection you have access to will continue growing.
