Department of Circulation Physiology was organized in 1960 (head - prof. M.I.Gurevich) on the basis of the Department of Circulation and Respiration Physiology (head-academician M.M.Gorev), created in 1953 as a structural unit of the Bogomolets Institute of Physiology.
