Today, the main purpose of research department is studying molecular genetic and immunopathological mechanisms of functional disorders of the female reproductive system: meiotic maturation of oocytes, state of follicular environment, expression of marker genes, cellular mechanisms of functional changes electro-mechanical coupling myometrium smooth muscle of the uterus of mammals; participation cells natural and adaptive immunity, immune-modulating cytokines influence, nanostructured materials and find ways for corrective protective agents in the body immunocomplex lesions using modern methods - PCR, DNA – comets assay, immunohistologycal, cytological and electrophysiological.
