The Department of Hypoxic States Investigation consists of 5 working groups that carry out separate and joint subdivisions of planned scientific subjects and work under the direction of the head and leading scientific staff (Dr. A.G. Portnichenko, prof. I.M. Mankovskaya, Prof. T.V. Serebrovska, Dr. K.V.Rozova, Dr. V.I. Portnichenko). General management is carried out by the head of the department Dr. A.G. Portnichenko.
