Animal (rat) models of pathologies:

- Determination of the oxidative and nitrosatitative stresses - hydrogen peroxide, superoxide radical, hydroxyl radical, diene conjugates, malonic dialdehyde in homogenates of the heart, aorta, medulla oblongata and suspension of mitochondria;
- Determination of the antioxidant system activity (SODs, catalase, GSH-Px)
- Polarographic investigation of tissue PO2 and mitochondrial respiration
